    Technical onboarding

    We put the foundations in order: Meta Business accounts, access, pixels, domains. No campaign runs stable on messy infrastructure.

    Gathering materials

    We collect what actually sells from your firm: photos of finished jobs, installation videos, customer reviews. You get a simple checklist - we do the rest.

  3. 03

    Campaign architecture

    Strategy, customer avatar, creatives, copy and the Gatekeeper form with thresholds set around your margins. This is where the qualification mechanism is built.

    Wiring the automations

    Meta connects to the CRM, the CRM to your phone: a Telegram alert within seconds of an enquiry, confirmations to the client, follow-up reminders on rails.

  5. 05

    Sales team training

    A cold lead is a different conversation from a referral. You get a qualification and site-survey script, and your team gets trained on using it.

  6. 06

    Launch and optimisation

    The campaign goes live. We test creatives and audiences, kill what underperforms, scale what delivers. Decisions are made on panel numbers.

  7. 07

    Running the system

    A weekly KPI report, a monthly strategy session, continuous optimisation. The system works - you build, measure and sign contracts.
