1. Data controller
The controller of personal data collected on wisdomproject.pl is WISDOM PROJECT - Dominik Wiśniewski. Contact for all data protection matters: dw@wisdomproject.pl.
2. What data we collect and why
The qualification form: full name, company name, email address, phone number, optionally your website address, and answers to qualification questions (niche, market, current lead sources, media budget bracket). We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry and present a proposal - that is, to take steps towards entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and under the controller's legitimate interest in business-to-business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The site requires no account and collects no data through any other forms.
3. Cookies
The site uses a single functional cookie: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your chosen language version (PL/EN) for 12 months. This cookie is strictly necessary for the feature you selected and does not require consent.
We use no analytics or marketing cookies. If any appear in the future (for example a Meta pixel to measure ad performance), they will run only after your explicit consent given through a banner.
4. Data recipients
Form data is processed on our behalf by: Vercel Inc. (site hosting) and Resend (the email infrastructure through which your enquiry reaches us). Both providers may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area (USA) - transfers take place under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep data
Enquiry data is kept for the duration of our conversations about working together, no longer than 24 months after the last contact. If we start working together, data is kept for the duration of the engagement and any period required by law (for example tax regulations).
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. An email to dw@wisdomproject.pl is enough.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, uodo.gov.pl; in the UK: the ICO, ico.org.uk).
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site evolves (for example when new analytics tools launch). The current version always lives at this address, with the last-updated date at the top.
