Eight years inside a premium steel door manufacturer
I co-built a steel door manufacturing firm from the ground up: customer service, production, surveys, installations, sales and marketing. I know what an installer's hour costs, what a complaint looks like and why a premium customer buys differently from a bargain hunter. You cannot learn that from an ads course.

For a year I personally called the leads delivered by outside agencies. Dozens of conversations with people who had no budget, no timeline and no intention to buy. Quality over volume
