WisPr System - UK and Poland

We deliver enquiriesfrom buyers, not tyre-kickers.- for firms selling premium windows and doors.

Meta ads plus a form that checks budget, scope and urgency before your salesperson picks up the phone.

Four months of campaign in the UK: £73,917 in signed contracts on £4,128 of ad spend. Not one came from a referral.

One company's result, at their prices and with their sales team - your numbers will differ, the method does not. Every enquiry lands in the system with its source tagged, and the value comes off the signed contract.

The problem / 02

How much work you have is decided bytwo contractors and someone else's referral. Not you.

One month booked, the next silent - showroom, vans and wages cost the same in both.

Someone else fills your fitting diary

A contractor moves the build, no referral comes - and your teams stand idle in the week they were due to fit.

You have run ads. Junk came back

A first name, a mobile, a postcode - nothing about what they want. You ring back a few days later and they do not remember filling anything in.

Silence after the handover

The enquiry went to your sales team and the trail ended. A quote nobody answers is your money standing still.

See if this is your firm

Who it's for / 03

One niche. One firm per area.

We do one thing: premium windows and doors, UK and Poland. One firm per area - we agree that area with you before signing and write it into the contract, because one firm works a 20-mile radius and another covers the whole county. Our clients never bid for the same buyer.

Who this is not for

  • An ad budget below £500 a month, below 2,500 zł on the Polish market
  • A firm whose bottleneck is not enquiries but its own fitting or sales capacity
  • A firm where nobody rings an enquiry back within the hour on working days
  • A firm looking for a revenue guarantee. We guarantee the number and quality of enquiries - your team closes the sale

How it works / 04

From an ad to a quote-ready enquiry.

We set the threshold with you before launch. It decides what reaches your sales team.

01
People

Homeowners planning a glazed extension or new doors.

03
Filter
A form with a threshold
Three questions: budget, scope, timescale. Under the threshold an enquiry stops here, not on your sales team's phone.

This filter, and what happens to an enquiry after it, we call the WisPr System.

The enquiry / 05

Out of the gate comes a qualified enquiry - ready for the call.

A qualified enquiry is someone who filled in a form asking for budget, scope and timescale, and confirmed they are above the threshold. They picked up the phone and confirmed they want your product.

Proof / 06

The proof: one UK client, four months on air.

// contracts
£73,917
in revenue from 5 contracts off April-July 2026 enquiries
Signed by the client's sales team, with people from our enquiries. Their prices and their selling - we are not promising you the same figure.
// ad spend
£4,128
spent on ads over that period
Ad budget alone, paid straight to Meta. These two figures are revenue against spend, not profit - the margin stays with the client.
// what we ran
Crittall and slim sliding
two product lines, two separate campaigns with separate thresholds
Ads, form and threshold built separately for each range.

We read the sales from the client's system: the source tagged as the enquiry lands, the value taken off the signed contract - not from conversations after the fact. From enquiry to signature takes a few weeks to a few months here, and some enquiries from that period are still out on quote.

Guarantee

A guaranteed number of qualified enquiries, written into the contract before launch, sized on the ad budget alone.

We work it out once we know your market and product, with headroom for the learning phase and seasonality. With one UK client, April-July 2026: ad spend divided by enquiries came to £10.89.

What you buy / 07

One service, three levels of follow-through

Same base: a Meta Ads campaign with the enquiry filter. Levels differ in campaign count, ad refresh rate and reporting.

  1. 01CHANNEL

A second stream of enquiries, alongside referrals

For the firm that wants one thing: enquiries even when contractors go quiet. We do not work past the form: we will not be checking whether your sales team rang back, or how fast.

    • one campaign on your lead product, with the budget filter
    • a phone notification the moment the form is filled in
    • ads swapped out when the cost per enquiry climbs
    • a monthly report: how many enquiries, at what cost
  2. 02CONTROL

You see what happens to every enquiry

The level we start every conversation from. Everything in CHANNEL plus the part past the form: who rang back, which quotes sit still.

    • a second campaign - another product or another range
    • a dashboard where no enquiry gets lost: full content, notification, contact history
    • an automated email sequence to the people who got a quote and went quiet
    • a dormant enquiry list working quietly in the background - a March enquiry can still close in November
    • new ads every month
    • a weekly report plus a monthly call
    • ready-made carousels for your profile each month
  3. 03POSITION

The firm your customer asks for by name

Everything in CONTROL, at a higher tempo. For the firm your customer is meant to ask for by name.

    • a third campaign - back to people who saw you and never enquired
    • new ads every fortnight, video in rotation
    • a 3D configurator of your product, included
    • a quarterly review of what happens to enquiries after handover
    • carousels and reels for your profile each month
The same at every level
  • ad budget: from £500 a month, from 2,500 zł in Poland
  • minimum three months - in a shorter window the guarantee cannot be delivered
  • the budget goes straight to Meta from your card - we earn nothing on it
  • the guarantee and its penalty apply at every level
  • a foundation month before launch, if you do not yet have an ad account and a tidy profile

3D configurator / 08

Your customer builds the product. You get the spec.

Your customer builds their variant on your site; the quote and spec follow once they leave contact details, then go to your sales team. Included at POSITION, priced separately on other levels.

  • modelled 1:1 on your product's specification
  • the quote runs on your price list, shown once contact details are left
  • entirely under your brand - your logo, your domain

Process / 09

From signature to live campaign in 31 days

  1. Day 0

    Agreement and access

From you: photos of finished work and your product's price range - the form's threshold comes from them.

  2. Days 1-14

    Foundations

We sort out the company account, the Google listing and the profile your ads point to. Without your materials the schedule stops - we say so up front.

  3. Days 14-30

    Ads and the gate

We write the ads, build the form with its filtering questions, and set the notifications.

  4. Day 31

    Launch

The 60-day guarantee window starts counting from this day.

Checkpoints at 30, 60 and 90 days: we go through the numbers together and say what changes.

Who we are / 10

We came out of this trade, not a marketing course.

WISDOM PROJECT is run by Dominik Wiśniewski. For 8 years he helped build METAL LAB, a premium loft-style steel door manufacturer - workshop floor, surveys, installs, sales.

Before he sold advertising he bought it: he hired agencies and watched what came out of them. The proof came down the phone - a year of ringing back the enquiries those campaigns delivered, where too many people had no budget and no date. Hence the filter: the threshold is set by someone who knows a door swap from a glazed extension.

The work is done by him and his team. After you sign you are not handed to a junior or to a shared inbox - the campaign is run by the same person you speak to on day one.

The brand he helped build: METAL LAB - a Polish manufacturer of steel and loft-style doors, screens and structures. metallab.pl

Before you ask / 11

Six things we hear most often.

I have had enquiries from ads before. All junk.

Because nothing stood between the ad and your phone. Here every enquiry passes a form with a threshold on budget, scope and timescale - under it, nobody reaches you.

What does it cost and how does the money work?

The ad budget - from £500 a month, from 2,500 zł on the Polish market - goes straight to Meta from your card, no commission for us. Our fee is not on the site because there is no single figure: we price it to your market, campaign count and scope. You get it on the call; minimum three months.

I do not want to spend on ads before I see a contract.

That is why the guarantee carries a number: the enquiry count goes into the contract before launch - sized on the budget that goes into the ads alone, within 60 days of the campaign going live. Miss it and the next month we work without our fee; you pay only the ad budget, which goes to Meta anyway.

Can my company put this through as a normal cost?

Yes - a standard B2B invoice, booked like any other supplier's. That is how we work with firms in the UK today.

I do not have time to learn another system.

You will not have to. The technology sits on our side - yours is a phone notification and a conversation with the customer.

Why pay an agency when programs supposedly do this now?

A program will not learn your product from the workshop floor. The ads and filter questions are set by someone who has stood on a premium door production floor - and he answers the phone when something is off.

Next step / 12

Start with one number, not with a presentation.

On the call we work out a figure almost nobody in this trade knows: how much money is sitting in quotes nobody answered. We also check whether enquiries are your bottleneck - if they are not, we say so plainly.

A short call, no obligations - we check the fit both ways.
